From time to time, we organise events that spread awareness about homeless people and to provide help for those suffering with addiction, and the problems they face. This is important to make people understand that poverty is a societal problem that we need to fight together. Steps To Hope handout warm basic necessities at Christmas time to the most vulnerable living on our streets and the city of Edinburgh. If you would like to donate or purchase a warm item to be handed out, please contact us at info@stepstohope.co.uk
Christmas Relief
Over the last 5 years leading up to Steps to Hope becoming a registered charity, a group of volunteers have been going out onto the streets of Edinburgh at Christmas time ensuring that those who are sleeping rough are well prepared by handing out warm clothes and food in Christmas hampers.
Steps to Hope will continue this vital work every Christmas.
Raising Funds and Awareness
In order to get the message out about the good work we do at Steps to Hope we hold numerous events in and around Edinburgh city centre. We have participated in various sponsorship raffles and we will be putting on other events in the future.
